Essay

The influence of different factors on the frequencies shift of surface plasmon resonance in the continuous Au, Ag nanoparticles and nanoparticles with oxide shell is investigated. The method for obtaining the effective dielectric capacity of the matrix dispersion systems with spherical two-layer inclusions is developed. The arrangement and symmetry of Au clusters deposited on electret template, are shown to govern by the topology of the hologram light field, which is used for the template formation. Mechanism of the cluster self-ordering during Au deposition on a template is proposed. The process of the formation of laser-induced surface periodic structures during the superimposing of interference patterns on the solid surface formed by the several laser beams is analysed. Method for the solution of a non-stationary problem of heat conductivity for a periodic system of light sources is developed. Thermal fields and the temporal rate of temperature change in the near-surface layers of different nature are calculated.
