Essay

In this thesis an analog of Poisson-Jensen theorem for meromorphic functions on annuli, invariant with respect to inversion, is obtained. We introduce an analog of Nevanlinna characteristic for meromorphic functions in punctured disk. The number of extremal problems for meromorphic functions in a punctured plane are solved. A criterion of lambda type finiteness of analytic functions in a punctured plane is obtained
