Essay

The Thesis is developed to the problem of hydrodynamic interaction. The numerical model of the hydrodynamic interaction of bodies (ships in particular), that move in ideal incompressible fluid, has been built. The model is based on the three-dimensional boundary element method, in accordance with which the surface of a body and impenetrable areas of the boundary are approximated by the system of triangular elements. Approbation of the algorithm and comparison of the present result with known numerical and experimental data are carried out. Added mass coefficients of triaxial ellipsoid that moves in the trapezoidal channel are obtained against different parameters of both the ellipsoid and channel. Hydrodynamics forces and moments acting on the system of two ships moving with different velocities in the shallow water are calculated. The interaction of the ship with a rectangular (vertical) bulge near a vertical wall in shallow water in the conditions of streaming is considered.
