Essay

It was established the existence of microinhomogeneous structure in Al0,83Cu0,17 and Cu0,70Si0,30 eutectic melts with Al2Cu and Cu3Si chemically ordered structural units distributed in matrix of eutectic solution component. It is shown that chemically ordered structural units on the basis of Ni and component of eutectic are formed upon doping of Bi0,995Cu0,005, In0,205Ga0,670Sn0,125, Al0,88Si0,12, Al0,83Cu0,17 eutectic alloys with Ni. These microgroups dissociates upon the temperature increase and the formation of homogeneous structure is appear. By means of computer modeling methods and high-temperature X-ray diffraction method it is shown that increasing of Cu0,70Si0,30 eutectic alloy microheterogeneity at modification with lead, tin and aluminium is observed. Using the X-ray diffraction method, the scanning electron microscopy and the electron probe micro-analyzer it is established that structure changes are inherited after crystallization of the melts.
