Subject of inquiry: Electrotechnical systems with adjustable parameters of electrical discharges in nonuniform conducting mediums for reception of micron erosive powders. The purpose of work: Development of new methods of regulation of dynamic parameters of electrotechnical systems of spark processing of nonuniform conducting mediums on the basis of determination of interrelation of space-time and electrical characteristics of discharge, their dependences on parameters of a discharge circuit, characteristics of load and external actions. Methods of research: Physical modeling of electrospark processes in reactors; the functional and statistical analysis; the analysis of linear and nonlinear electric circuits and synthesis of electric circuits. Theoretical both practical results and novelty: The theory of regulation of dynamic parameters of electrotechnical systems of spark processing of nonuniform mediums is advanced on the basis of determination of interrelation of space-time and electrical characteristics of discharge, their dependences on entry conditions; for the first time dependences of a discharge current from the charge voltage and capacitance of the store have been determined, laws of expansion of discharge plasma are proved and conditions of the adjustment of spark loading are determined; new methods of regulation of volume of plasma and the area removal a material from a surface of a granule, an intensification of mobility electrospark and high-speed removal of products of erosion are developed. Subject and extent of a heading: Dissertation results were used in the Institutes of NAS of Ukraine (Electrodynamics, Metallophysics, Pulse Processes and Technologies) by optimization of modes and manufacturing of the equipment for electrospark dispersion materials. Efficiency of a heading: Increase of productivity and energyeffectiveness electrospark plant. Sphere of use: discharge-pulse systems of electrospark processing of various mediums.
