Kaminska I. Mechanisms of providing of financial ability of social-economical development of region

Research object: process of increase of level of socio-economic development of region of Ukraine on the basis of forming and providing mechanism of its financial ability. Purpose: forming of theoretical, methodological bases and applied recommendations in relation to increasing of level of socio-economic development of region of Ukraine on the basis of forming and providing mechanism of its financial ability. Methods: logical generalization, synthesis, analysis, comparison, deductions, inductions, statistical, design, strategic analysis, graphic and cartographic. Results: conceptual approaches are developed to decentralization of management by socio-economic development on the basis of forming of model of division of volume of budgetary facilities on a vertical line depending on effectiveness of their use at state and regional levels, that will allow to promote the financial capability of socio-economic development of region and to provide the personal interest of region in the increase of own capitalbase.
