Budуakov V. Methods of increase of investment activity in a region

Object of research: investment processes are in a region. The purpose of research: development of scientifically-methodical suggestions on the increase of investment activity in a region on the basis of theoretical generalization approach to estimation and empiric verification of the regional reproduced processes and investment climate. Methods of research: system-structural, economy-statistical, economy-mathematical analysis; logician-structured motivation, graphic description. Theoretical and practical results: scientifical-theoretical positions are improved, found further development and are advansed, which are directed for development of methods increases of investment activity in a region and provide the stable and balanced state of the regional economic system. Theoretical conclusions carry to the level of concrete practical recommendations, which allow to promote investment activity in a region. They were used: in practical activity of Council on questions of the special economic areas and special condition to investment activity in Donetsk region, by Gorlovska city council and LTD by the Investment company „StirolKHimInvest" (Gorlovka, Donetsk region). Scientific novelty: conceptual approaches are offered on forming of strategy increases of investment attractiveness of region, which based on the selection of its separate determinants (investment climate, investment potential, investment risk and investment activity). Improved: receptions of the use of methods of system-structural analysis of change of parameters of the regional economic system, methods of estimation of investment processes in a region, methodical approaches to determination of quantitative estimation of factors of investment risk in a region. Got further development: paradigm about a region as economic system, theoretical positions about the investment attractiveness of region, positions of theory of the public reproducing for location and role of reproduction of the fixed assets during activation of investment processes in a region, maintenance of measures on the increase of efficiency of investment processes in a region, use of complex mechanism of management investment activity in a region. Sphere of the use is activity of Ministry of regional development and building of Ukraine; governing of regional state administrations, organs of local self-government; research establishments, managing subjects; higher educational institutions.
