Kasyanov V. Differentiated treatment of intracranial perinatal hemorrhages at new-borns

Theoretical generalization and new decision of important for neurosurgery scientific-practical task of treatment efficiency increasing at new-borns with intracranial perinatal hemorrhages are presented in the dissertation.According to results of comparing analysis of 136 supervisions (2000-2007), where early active neurosurgical help was given and 96 supervisions (1992-1999), where traditional conservative treatment tactics was applied, the efficiency of new approaches to new-borns with intracranial perinatal hemorrhages treatment was revealed.The algorithm for diagnostics and treatment at intracranial perinatal hemorrhages at new-borns was worked out.Main results of this dissertation find their appliance at neurosurgical practice.The patent of Ukraine №36016 (10.10.2008) "The device for external ventriculostomia" was obtained.
