Ilchenko V. Methods and controls of details by the computerized laser informative-measuring systems

The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the important scientific and technical task of the development of new and perfection of existent methods and controls of geometrical parameters of details with the use of the computerized laser informative-measuring systems. In the dissertation, a method of control of surface contour of details by the computerized laser informative-measuring systems is developed taking into account the change of intensity of the reflected laser radiation from the angle of incidence of the laser beam, that allows to promote authenticity of control of parameters of details in real time. In the dissertation, algorithm of the automated control of details with the use of laser measuring subsystems and programmatic complex on research of rejections of areas of details images in different dynamic modes are developed. The results of experimental researches are got in relation to exactness of control of geometrical parameters of details, which confirmed efficiency of developed and improved methods and hardware environment. The main outcomes of activity have found practical application in the production process of state enterprises.
