Perfomed investigation of the carbon nanomaterials , wich produced by the methods of electrical wire explosion EW, has been shown that the phase composition is controled by the energetics parameters of explodind. But in case of electrical breakdown of organic liquids the short range oder of amorphous carbon is controled by the type of working liquids.
