Research object: erythron system under low level ionizing radiation. Research aim: to discover the influence mechanism of fractional low level ionizing radiation on the structure-functional organization of erythron system. Research methods: biochemical, spectrophotometric, cytological, physicochemical, statistics. Theoretical and practical results, innovations: the redistribution in the population content of peripheral blood erythrocytes during the thirty days influence of ionizing radiation and postradiation is determined by the increase differentiation erythroid cells of bone marrow. It was established the changes in contents of electrophoretic fractions of cytoskeleton and erythrocyte membrane proteins, the increase in the association between integrated and peripheral proteins. The rearrangement of erythroid cell methabolism to the intensification of pentosephosphatic type of glucose catabolism for providing the higher requirement of antioxidative defense system enzymes in reduced nucleotides was established. Both, the decreasing of erythrocytes resistance to acid hemolytic during the influence of ionizing radiation are caused by the increased free radical peroxide oxidation of lipids, and determination of erythrocyte population may serve as criteria of evaluation of radiation injury of the organism. Area of usage: in medical diagnostic centers for evaluation of the influence of low level ionizing radiation on the blood system.
