The investigation is devoted to the interpretation of official communication as a kind of social intercourse and socio-cultural activity which has some controversies connected with the person's desire for creative selfrealization with its involvement to the socio-cultural interactive system. The work under consideration stresses on the fact that the hierarchy of the structure, subordination to some certain established regulations and codes of behaviour can interfere with selforganization, orientation to a dialogue and pedagogical stuff members' common activity. It may also destroy the process of symbolic sense forms' interchange between the agents of social intercourse. The thesis draws attention to official communication as to a ground for pedagogical group's effective activity as well as the reason of negative impact on selforganizational processes in the course of interpersonal relations between the members of the pedagogical group. The empirical part discloses that official communication influencesthe effective activity of the pedagogical group.
