Essay

The approach concerning making of the administrative decisions of localization of a fuel leak fire at the fuel tank store is offered and proved in this thesis. The mathematical models of radiating surface of a fire above the leak are constructed. The models consider a direction and speed of a wind. These models consider changes of the flame form under its interaction with wall of the tank. In case when leak takes place near the cylindrical tank features of air streaming are consider.
