Essay

Object of research is the process of control of small concentrations of gases on the basis of an integrating sphere method. Subject of research is small concentrations of gases in the air and metrological characteristics of high-sensitive mean of control. Methods of research are based on the theory of radiation transfer, theory of measuring, control and errors, methods of mathematical modelling and statistics. The theoretical significance of the results is the development of an integrating sphere method with filling the spherical cavity by object of control, the improvement of the mathematical model of radiation transfer in spherical primary measuring converter, when the object of control fills a spherical cavity, proposed multilayer interference coating on the inner surface of a spherical primary converter that made it possible to reduce the threshold of sensitivity and improve the reliability of control. The practical significance of the results is to improve the construction of the optical primary converter and the development of functional and structural schemes for high-sensitive mean of measuring small concentrations of gases, as well as the algorithm of its work. The degree of implementation is in the industry. Sphere (the industry) of using is gas industry, communal area, environmental monitoring, optical instrumentation.
