Essay

The thesis devoted to study of features of planting technology of aesthetic forest in preurban area of Kiev with development of recommendations in regards of their establishment. Main objective of researches is determined needs to improve of scientific approaches to creation of stable forest stands in zones of recreational impact. Among primary goals were to study mechanism of development of root systems of trees growing on condensed soils, and features of formation of a water regime of tree leaves of trees growing under canopy of forests, on edges and open spaces has been studied. Peculiarities of establishment of aesthetic forest plantation in sandy (subor) and sandy clay (sudibrova) conditions are studied. Physical properties of soils are explored in sandy clay layer in 50-sm depth, in clay loam – 80-sm depth. Distribution of root systems in aesthetic forest is studied. Water regime of leaves of undergrowth trees is studied under forest canopy and on open areas. Measures aimed in increase of recreational capacity, stability to the anthropogenic impact and aesthetical attractiveness of forest-park of preurban forests in Kiev region are offered. Ecological and biological properties and their assortment for aesthetical woods on sandy and sandy clay soils (suboriv and sudibrov) are recommended. New knowledge about distribution of root systems under the conditions of recreational use and advanced technologies of planting and caring is presented. Economical feasibility of aesthetic forest establishment in compare with commercial forests is analyzed.
