Essay

The dissertation is directed on increase of firmness of metal forms, during its work depending on a thickness of a wall and a configuration of a working surface, and also definition of influence of a chemical compound and pig-iron structure on firmness against formation of cracks researches of temperature congestion and an intense condition of the metal form have been carried out in it. In work the analysis of the reasons of an exit of metal forms out of operation, and also modern ways of manufacturing of metal forms for manufacture of rolling shaft is carried out. The new design of the metal form which is used for moulding of shaft with two semicircular calibres is developed. The chemical compound of pig-iron of current manufacture which is used for manufacture of metal forms at Open Society DZPV enterprise is optimised. The choice of a material for manufacturing of metal forms which provides the greatest firmness against formation of cracks is proved. Results of industrial approbation of the developed recommendations are presented.
