Object of the research: construction complex as an integral part of the economic complex of a region Aim: developing theoretical and methodological approaches providing possibility of evaluating statement and overcoming territorial disproportions in development of capital building in the region as well as developing scientific and practical recommendations dealing with improving territorial and functional organization of construction complex Methods of research: logical and theoretic generalization and comparison, structural and logical analysis and synthesis, system analysis, cluster analysis territorial and spatial comparison. Determined:indicators of the social-economic development of a region that are strongly influence on the constriction complex activity. Improved: conducting monitoring of territorial disproportions in a region’s construction complex activity on the base of cluster analysis Implemented system of monitoring for external conditions of a region’s construction complex activity and for several of its components Application domains: regional authorities; construction enterprises and organizations; institutions of higher education.
