Essay

The work is dedicated to the study of the mechanism of influence of the thermoelastic characteristics of film components and substrates on the electrophysical properties of thick films based on SnO2-Sb. Investigations of composition, structures, stresses, properties of components and films, as well calculations have shown that this influence is caused by thermal stresses. The mechanism of such an influence is established. The piezoeffect in films is investigated and the model that explains their high strain sensitivity is offered.
