Baydarova O. Reflective support for social intervention in social work.

The dissertation investigates a structure of professional reflection of a social worker who provides the social intervention, and on the nature of its development. This work analyzes theoretical models of social intervention and determines functional role of professional reflection in a process of the intervention. We have proved that peculiarities of professional reflection of a social work specialist are determined by direction of reflective comprehension on a subject of professional situation and a type of reflective process. We have determined that structure of professional reflection of a social worker includes the following components: 1) reflection on common, with client, activity; 2) reflection on personal positions in structure of interaction; 3) reflection on personal competence.
