The dissertation is devoted to the decline of defective products part in a foundry manufacture by the effective synchronized automated designing systems of unstable technological processes creation. The problems, arising up at CAD of unstable processes in a foundry manufacture creation, are analyzed. The analysis of casts making technological process is executed as a planning object, possibilities of his modelling, and also properties of variables, taken into account in a model. New models and methods of the synchronized design of unstable processes in the «cast – form» system are developed. The computer-aided designing system of cast making technological process «SINCHROLIT» is developed. The practical test of CAD «SINCHROLIT» is carried out in Odessa DP «Engineering production-scientific center of casting under pressure» with a positive technical-economic effect.
