Essay

Investigation objects: detection and identification of analytes by single- and multiresponse experiment; analytical characteristics of solid-phase analytical reagents on the base of organosilica hybrid materials. Purpose: to develop the chemometrical procedures which uses fuzzy sets theory for solving the tasks of detection and identification in qualitative analysis and determining analytical characteristics of solid-phase analytical reagents. Methods: fuzzy sets theory, robust estimation, regression analysis, phisicochemical analysis. The set of metrological characteristics for binary testing, calculation procedures for determining parameters of efficiency curves, identification of analytes by multiresponse experimental data, determination of analytical characteristics (stability constants, effective capacity) of solid-phase analytical reagents has been studied. Degree of application: development of new chemometrical procedures allows increasing reliability of results in qualitative analysis and providing robust estimation of analytical characteristics of solid-phase analytical reagents on the base of organosilica hybrid materials.
