The thesis is devoted to complex study of the formation processes, optical, electrooptical and electrochemical properties of the thin layers of conjugated polyarenes - polyaniline, poly-o-toluidine, poly-о-anisidine, poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene obtained by electrochemical synthesis, thermal vacuum deposition and "layer by layer" assembling. It has been found that value of oxidative potentials (Еок) for aminoarenes decreasing with electron-donor ability of substituent in series -Н, -СН3, -ОСН3, -ОН with the overall decreasing the electrochemical process rate on the semiconductor surface. The modification of electrode surface by polyaniline nanolayer causes a change in electrosynthesis conditions of poly-3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene with formation of hybrid layer with improving structure and optical properties. It has been proposed a method to interpretation of the optical absorption spectra in color coordinates (tristimulus). For the first time interval of color chances for polyaminoarene films is defined. The method for immobilization of electrochromic polymers in ТіО2 matrix is developed, it efficiency in comparison with known display was demonstrated.
