Essay

The thesis is devoted to research and development of heat treatment of disperse materials in fluidized bed apparatus. On the basis of researches the practical problems such as energy-saving and increasing of efficiency in production process of disperse materials as a perlite, fly ash cenosphere and sand were solved. The kinetic of a perlite dehydration in the fluidized bed was investigated. The mechanism of explosive destruction hollow ash cenosphere at their drying due to a superpressure of water vapours and deffects in microballons shell was established. The effect of carry-over from fluidized bed to achieve of simultaneous heat treatment and classifying of polydisperse materialswas used. The experimental base and procedure for accounts of fluidized bed launder-type apparatus for different materials and applications were developed. Detail designs and the designer documentation of perlite termal-preparation furnaces and heat-utilizer and dryind -sizing apparatus for sand and cenosphere with a launder-type fluidized bed were developed.
