Dissertation is devoted to the study of influence of the electro-thermal fields on the processes of forming of hydrothermal-metasomatic gold mineralization in the areas of deep faults with the purpose of establishment of regularities of its spatial placing. In theory the origin of the electric fields in faults feathering the deep fault during tectonic activation is grounded. Experimental researches on the study of influencing of the elec-tro-thermal fields on physical and chemical processes in the samples of minerals and rocks are carried out. The physical and chemical model of deposition of gold in capil-lary-porous environments under act of the electric fields is developed. Areas within the limits of Surskaya and Konkskaya greenstone structures perspective on gold minerali-zation in the Middle Pridneprovie megablock of the Ukrainian Shield and tectonic search criterion are selected.
