The thesis is devoted to the problem of study of catalytic and regulatory properties of АМPD subjected to unfavorable and standard conditions and action as hyperoxia and hypoxia. The highest activity of AMPD was found in white muscle of Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratus and Perccottus glenii.
