Andreichenko A. Forming of regional investment strategy of municipal solid waste processing

Object - investments and innovations in processing municipal solid waste (MSW) in a region. Goal - justification of regional investment strategy of MSW processing. Methods - logic, factorial and comparative analysis, cost methods, statistical method of averages. Novelty - cluster approach for organizing a full cycle of MSW processing has been offered ; it has been proved that financing the sphere of MSW processing with attracting private capital in its venture form is the most effective; the scheme for organizing a full cycle of MSW processing as well as the system of principles assumed as basis of reasonability of investment projects in their processing has been specified; the definition of the concept "useful waste" received its further development; a scheme of estimating and classifying the risks which occur at realizing investment projects in MSW processing as well as reasoning of necessity of separation of MSW processing as an independent enterprise from the structure of housing and communal services. Result - theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations tied with forming regional investment strategy in MSW processing .
