Bevzenko T. Kliniko-nosotropic value of violations of reologicheskikh properties of blood and endothelial function of vessels for patients a system scleriasis

Object of study - patients with different variants of a course of systemic sclerosis; the purpose - to prove a clinical-pathogenetical significance of a disorder of rheological properties of blood and endothelium function of vessels for patients with systemic sclerosis, to work out criteria that allows to predict the course of disease and efficiency of medical measures; methods - clinical, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, physical-chemical, statistical; novelty - for the first time a pathogenetical significance of violations of red corpuscles-thrombocytes- plasma link of rheological blood's attributes and endothelium function of vessels at the different clinical variants of systemic sclerosis was proved, the changes of aggregating indexes and deformability of red corpuscles, thrombocytes aggregating, viscidity of plasma, viscous elasticity, relaxation and dynamic surface-tension of serum, endothelin-1, thromboxane A2, prostacyclin I2, interleukin-1, tumornecrosis factor, nitrites and cyclic guanozinmonophosphate are set depending on the degree of activity of pathological process, articular, dermatic-muscular and visceral manifestations of disease; results - criteria for an assessment a course of pathological process and a prediction of efficiency of medical measures are allocated on the basis of study of content of indexes of endothelium function of vessels, red corpuscles-thrombocytes and plasma links of rheological blood's attributes at systemic sclerosis; it was applied in practice of Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, therapeutic clinics of Institute of urgent and regenerative surgery of V.K. Gusak NHI of Ukraine and Donetsk national medical university of M. Gorkiy, and also in the pedagogical process of Donetsk national medical university the name of M. Gorkiy; use sphere - remedial and diagnostic process in rheumatic and therapeutic departments, educational process of therapeutic sub-faculties of medical higher institutions.
