Research object: cancergenesis and inflammation in the larynx. Research aim: to study the cytokines and C-reactive protein dynamic in the different cancer stages and in the inflammation. Research methods: biochemical, immunoenzime methods, electrophoresis, cytological, statistics.Theoretical and practical results, innovations: the comparative analysis of the proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and C-reactive protein levels in the inflammation and in the cancerogenesis was made. The stage-specificity of the cytokines level was established. It is expressed by the increasing of the tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein levels in the early cancerogenesis stages, by the significant grows of the proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines and C-reactive protein levels in the progression stage and the anti-inflammatory cytokines level decreasing in the metastatic disease. It was established that the C-reactive protein is the member of the cytokines network and it could independently beamarker of the cancerogenesis. The role of the anti-inflammatory cytokines in the hemostasis was established. The biochemical diagnostic criterions was improved. It makes the determination of the larynx squamous cell carcinoma stages possible. Area of usage: in medical diagnostic centers as additional diagnostic criteria in the oncology and in the pathological processes connected with the inflammation.
