Essay

Object: processes in the structure of relations of city and suburban area, in particular in the field of the use of the landed resources. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodical positions of improvement of economic relations of city and suburban area in market conditions. Methods: tabular, graphic, cartographic, cluster, economic-statistical analysis. Results: theoretical-methodological positions of economic relations of city and suburban area are first formulated, goings near the ground of new organizational forms of decision of problems of economic relations of city and suburban area are improved. Use: in activity of the Statutory broker of the landed resources of Ukraine, in conception of the General layout of Lviv.
