Theoretical-methodological bases of new conception forming of housing building regional policy are developed. The approaches to diagnostics realization of population housings terms are outlined. The possibilities of marketability requirement in housing building and account of population ecological safety with the purpose of determination of reference frame for forming of housing building regional policy are determined. The essence of regional housing policy and maintenance of definition "policy of housing building" are exposed. The estimation the forming factors of housing building regional policy in modern Ukraine with the purpose of its accounting at forming the regional policy measures. The main principles of new conception of housing building regional policy in Ukraine are outlined. Main tasks and priorities measures of new conception of housing building regional policy in separate groups of Ukrainian regions are determined.
