Essay

Dissection the work is devoted to development of methods of preparation of basalt raw material to extraction native copper and complex processing of containing breeds for their further rational use on the basis of the analysis of structure, quan-titative estimation of the contents and established laws of de-struction, classification and extraction. In work the law of dis-tribution of useful components in the basic breeds making a basalt body is established the law of cracking in its body, feature of destruction on crushing equipment and classifica-tion on coarseness is investigated in view of a percentage of components in each class. The parabolic dependence of growth cracking in pit-face on height of terrace and, accord-ingly, growth of size of separateness in a file is established, that is important at drawing up of the passport of drilling and blasting operations. On the basis of the developed model of the bench cracking the career developed a forecasting tech-nique of separateness in pit-face for Rafalovka basalt career. The technique is introduced for updating the passport ofdrilling and blasting operations.
