Essay

The structural is devoted to the researches of ion-transporting ATPases (Na+,K+- and Ca2+-ATPases) functioning of large intestine's adenocarcinoma cells in tumor progression. Structural modification of carcinoma membranes is revealed. Cholesterol reduction and changes in content of different phosphor-lipid fractions are established. Na+,K+-ATPase, general Ca2+-ATPase of membranian preparations of adenocarcinoma as well as Ca2+-ATPase of endoplasmatic reticulum activity reduction are established on different clinical stages. Na+, K+-ATPases activity reduction depends of adenocarcinoma differentiating stage. Mg2+-ATPase activity changes do not have stable characteristics and occur irrespective of large intestine section, clinical stage of cancer and adenocarcinoma differentiating stage. Changes in protein expression of ion-transporting ATPase isozymes in human large intestine adenocarcinoma are shown. The results of the researches point on the adhesion of Na+, K+- and Ca2+-ATPases to the regulation of incellar ion-concentrations in the cases of malignant progression.
