Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of accuracy increasing of temporary and frequency parameters of cyclical signals definition in function-oriented IMS on the basis of circumferential median filtering of signals phase characteristics. The definition of a circumferential median filtering and conforming filters with the miscellaneous apertures is justified, which one base on concept of an elective circumferential median of random angles, the yardsticks of an estimation of circumferential median filters are offered, the probability of ambiguous definition of an elective circumferential median for the angular data with distribution of Mises is obtained and the ways of its elimination are offered, the density function of probability of a circumferential median is determined, it is ground usages of a an series-mode interference is offered. The outcomes of experimental researches have shown, that usage of the reviewed method allows to determine cyclical signals phase characteristics at a signal / handicap ratio smaller then one unit.
