The theme urgency is proved. Siqnificance of dissertation, the purpose and tasks of research are formulated. On the base of common researches of dynamic of stream carrier and heat exchange process in coupled channels havinq semiring form the interrelation of constructive sizes and regime conditions are established. Conditions of influence of heat exchange processes of air carrier on cooling surface furnace are established. Characters of changes of heat exchanqe cofficient of surface of keramzit roast furnace are generalized. Criterian equation is worked out. Pinciples of rational cooling of the rotating furnace with recycling of heat for an industrial heat supply are formulated. Ways of stabilisation of thermal mode and rational condition of work of furnace are defined. Results of industrial tests of heat recycling system confirmed high efficiency of its work and stabilisation of thermal modes in various service conditions. Introduction of results of work with shelter of half of furnace surface allows to save 946 tons anually of conditional fuel.
