Essay

The thesis is devoted to examination of diagnostic criterions of secondary degenerative and distrophy process - osteoarthritisis in patients with gout. The relationship between some clinical and laboratorial signs of disease and purine metabolism status, features of cytokine's net, and antibodies presence against collagen II and III in development of degenerative process in patients with goat and ostheoarthritis has been shown. There was shown the great role of ultrasonography in quantitative evaluation of articular lesion peculiarities. The analysis of gout arthritis in women in comparing with men has been done. During the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis and goat by diacerein reliable decrease of TNF-? and IL-6 concentrations in both groups of patients has been observed. The effectiveness of prolonged treatment of patients with a goat by xantinoxidase inhibitor (s) (allopurinol) and positive effect of combined plant preparation on the basis of colchicine for treatment of acute goat arthritis have been proved.
