Object – economic relations in the process of investment activity in a regional economic complex and forming of territorial organization of production on market principles; purpose – ground of teoretiko-metodologicheskikh principles of organization of investment space of region and development of practical recommendations from the improvement of his structure by forming and realization of modern mechanism of management investment relations; methods – fundamental positions of modern theories of the economy growing, functionings of the economic systems, scientific labours of the known domestic and foreign scientists, from a regional economy and financial markets, legislative and normative acts of Ukraine; novelty – teoretiko-metodologicheskie and methodical principles of forming of investment space of region and practical going is grounded near perfection of his structure and mechanism of management in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine; results – deepen teoretiko-metodologicheskie bases of regional development, improvements of investment space of region, by creation of mechanism of management investment relations taking into account renewed their structure and new constituents; it is inculcated in economic practice.
