Halda N. Social development of Ukraine’s regions and directions of its efficiency increase

Object – process of forming and improvement of effective social development of Ukraine and its regions; purpose – ground of scientific positions of social development of regions and development of practical recommendations from the increase of his efficiency; methods – fundamental positions of economic theory and regionalistiki of socio-economic development of country and its regions, the wide spectrum of methods of scientific cognition was used, in particular: theoretical generalization, comparison, historical, logical and sistemno-strukturnyy; novelty – teoretiko-metodologicheskie and methodical bases of social development of region is grounded essence and principles of his optimum development, and also directions are formed and the mechanism of increase of his efficiency is developed, which has an important value for getting up of social development of regions and Ukraine on the whole; results – improvement of state administration social development of Ukraine and its regions. The practical value of research consists in that theoretical positions and methodical approaches, and also practical recommendations, are developed, on the increase of efficiency of social development and in program of socio-economic development of regions development; it is inculcated in economic practice.
