Essay

The object: processes of transformation of electric sizes in mechanical and mechanical sizes in electric in p'ezokeramic transformers and sensors on their basis.. The goal: improving piezoceramic transformers for detectors of mechanic magnitude. Methods: methods of theory of linear quadripoles, methods of theory of chains, method of electroanalogies, methods of mathematical statistics, mathematical vehicle of theory of automatic control, experimental researches of standards and computer design. Authenticity of the got results and conclusions is tested comparing of theoretical positions to experimental information and dependences, making of the probed standards and their tests. Scientific novelty: the more detailed analysis of the theory of monomorphic piezoceramic transformers was performed in the paper; the mathematical model of piezoceramic transformers was adapted for oscillations; also the electric equivalent scheme of a bimorph piezoceramic transformer was specified; the new method of control and diagnostics of piezoceramic transformers was introduced and a deep research was made in this area, which laid in increasing the power of piezoceramic transformers by an electric signal in the form of meander wave; also the diagnostics of piezoceramic transformers was looked from the side of transitional characteristics. It is drawn on the results of researches in industry, in particular, of "Ukrp'ezo", "Fotopribor", and also in an educational process on discipline the "Inverter devices of devices" in the Cherkasy state technological university.
