Essay

Dissertation covers agriecological grounds of use of new biological preparation microhumin in spring barley growing technology. The named preparation was created basing on the investigation results of interaction of nitrogen fixing bacteria with plants influenced by the biologically active compounds. Use of microhumin intensifies plants growth and development, increases barley yield at 13-23 % depending on fertilizers background and promotes additional amino acids synthesis. As was showed by method of isotope dilution and lysimetric studies the use of microhumin increases atmospheric nitrogen uptake and coefficient of its assimilation by plants from fertilizers as well as prevents nutrients scavenging along soil profile away from root zone. The dynamics of formation of microbial associations in rhizosphere of barley plants and processes of biological nitrogen transformation in root zone of inoculated plants at cultivation on sod-podzol soils depending on the level of mineral fertilization were studied. Use of microhumin intensifies nitrogen fixation activity and decreases loss of nitrogen compounds due to the reduction of biological denitrification under the fertilization optimization. Use of biopraparation promotes emission of nitrogen oxide from soils at high fertilizers backrounds.
