Essay

The object - the process of instrument exploitation on heavy machine-tools. The purpose - the efficiency increase of exploitation process of instrument on heavy machine-tools by determination of process managing parameters taking into account the level of its quality. The methods - the fundamental bases of cutting theory, the calculation of treatment exactness, the qualimetry theory, the probability theory, the mathematical statistics. The novelty - the system of objective functions for optimization of cutting process parameters taking into account the level of quality of the state of instrument exploitation. The results - engineering recommendations are developed and applied in industry on the increase of quality level of instrument exploitation process. The industry - machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
