Essay

The dissertation is stated results of new approach to the exotoxicological estimation of danger lead in agroecosystem components. It rotined that agrochemicals influence on the receipt and accumulation of lead in epiphyses soils, however, activity and orientation of these processes depends both on natural factors and from agricultural activity. The method of determination possible concentrations of lead resulted in agrochemicals, which is based on the account of maintenance of operating matter, norm of application, base-line and maximum possible concentration of lead in epiphyses soil. It is well-proven that lead is apt at migration in vertical direction and agrochemicals influence on this process. Deviation of size of coefficients of concentration from a standard gives possibility to estimate technologies of application of agrochemicals and, at a necessity, to conduct their perfection. It is set that the mineral and organic fertilizers influence on the processes of translocation of lead with soils in the plants. Exotoxicological estimation of lead on the indexes of translocation with soils in the plants must be based on the results of determination of his maintenance at the rhizolithe plants and to take into account the coefficients of biological absorption.
