Essay

For the first time laws of change of optical density of prints depending on increase in hardness, degree of swelling of ink cyl-inders, and also changes of superficial properties in cleaning sub-stances under the influence of parametres of operation of the ink device of offset printing machines are established. The mathe-matical model of a food by a paint in a kind regression the equa-tions, which characteristic change of properties of ink cylinders and their influence on optical density of prints that allows to pre-dict technological process of the press is developed. For the first time it is revealed an intensification of swelling of ink cylinders it is dependent on their development and characteristics of water for dilute cleaning substances. It is developed a complex technique and the technological instruction of the control over operational properties of ink cylinders that allows to raise a resource of their working capacity.
