Essay

The thesis is devoted to the ecological characteristics of high effective pesticide Actophit, created on the basis of soil fungi Streptomyces avermitilis and it's effects on natural association biota. Research results concerning agro systems pollution by pesticides and products of their degradation showed that development of new alternative and ecologically safe methods and means of plant protection from pests. One of these methods is to create high effective biopesticides, such as Actophit. Actophit was found to be highly effective and efficient against of vine pest Lobesia botrana Schif. The detection of residual microqualities of pesticides in exposed products is important analysis, because it makes possible to examine products ecological safety. The highly sensitive and easily reproducible method based on HEGLC was developed for detection of Actophit presence in grape juice and in grapes. The studies of process of Actophit degradation showed that degradation level depends on physical and chemical factors, but in 30 days after Actophit using it was not identified in grapes and grape juice. It lets to consider that Actophit has positive ecological characteristics; it does not accumulate in soils and water and can be recommended as safe for environment preparation. Data obtained prove that that Actophit use for the plants protection is safe. The application of Actophit will allow reducing anthropogenic loadings on the environmental objects in agroecosystems and get ecologically safe products.
