Kuzovkov V. Khazar Khaganate within the system of international relations (7 - 10 cc.).

Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the Khazar Khaganate role within the system of international relations on the territory of Eurasia at the Early Medieval time. Investigation covers the period from the foundation Khazar Khaganate in the middle of the VII-th.c. till its ruin due to defeat in war with Rus in the 960-70-s The main attention is paid to the relations between peoples settled the Khaganate and to Khazaria as a centre of the state. The author specifies the character of relations between Khazar Khaganate and Kyiv Rus. The influence of relations between Khazar Khaganate and Byzantine, Sasanide Iran and the Arab Caliphate on functioning of international relations system during the Early Middle Age is also investigated.
