Mesich T. The political, social-economic and cultural situation of the Germans of Donbass and Volga River territory (1917-1929 years).

The historical research of political, social-economic and cultural situation of the Germans of Donbas and Volga River territory in 1917-1929 years is thoroughly investigated in the dissertation. Appropriate conceptual framework is Russian Germans creation, national administrative territorial units, and defines the peculiarities of this process and difficulties which have been appeared during its realization. On the basis of a wide range of sources, its quantitative and social structure, geography of localization, the structure of employment, the peculiarities of political-legal status, place and role of socio-economic and cultural region's life are analyzed in this work.
