Konovalova O. Indicator films on the base of gelatinous gel for detection and determination of organic drugs

Investigated objects: retention in gelatinous gel with immobilized analytical reagents; in gelatinous solidified layer of photographic films. Purpose: to establish possibilities of obtaining of indicator films on the base of gelatinous gel for detection and determination separate groups of organic substances. Methods: spectrophotometry, potentiometry, titration, methods of statistic measured results handling, programs for assess the hydrophobicity of organic substances. The properties of gelatinous solidified layer of photographic films have been studied. New regularities of reaction of aldehydes with primary aromatic amines (PAA) in medium of gelatinous layer of photographic films hydrophobizated in addition have been established. 7 new indicator tools for detection and determination of PAA, organic reductants and nitroxoline have been obtained; the metrological characteristics of corresponding techniques have been estimated; the new indicator films have been tested by determination active ingredients of drugs. Degree of application: indicator films on PAA were introduced in laboratory practices on course «Chemical analysis and control of drugs» of chief «Pharmaceutical chemistry» on chemical metrology department. The results use at execution of state-financed themes of chemical metrology department.
