Essay

Object of research are workings processes of hydropneumatic units of metal-cutting equipment. The purpose of research is an increase of reliability of hydropneumatic units of metal-cutting equipment by the leadthrough of synthesis of charts taking into account the got dependences of quantitative indexes and setting of norms of reliability on the stage of planning. Methods of researches are based on the substantive provisions of theory of reliability and structural synthesis of hydropneumatic units. The calculations of quantitative reliability indexes and their rationed distributing are set by the use of methods of probability theory. Mathematical models for dynamic researches of pneumatic units are presented ordinary linear differential equalizations which decided the numeral methods of enhanceable exactness. Theoretical and practical results are the use of the scientifically grounded method of calculation of quantitative reliability of hydropneumatic units indexes is developed on the stage of their planning. The got reliability indexes for hydropneumatic units, realized the method of standard position structure and method of minimization, allow to create a perspective metal-cutting equipment with the high level of reliability. The offered algorithms of distributing of the rationed reliability indexes allow already on the early stages of planning of hydropneumatic units to ration reliability indexes and enable to get the optimum decisions of questions of reliability on subsequent design of life cycle of hydropneumatic units times. The results of the work have been used at the practice of engineering calculations of Сorporation " Гидроэлекс ", Kharkov. Novelty - the analysis of the systems of the existent going is first conducted near the synthesis of hydropneumatic units of managing charts from point of reliability; dependences are first got for the calculation of quantitative reliability indexes in part of hydropneumatic units, synthesized the method of standard position structure and method of minimization; setting of norms of reliability indexes is first got on the stage of planning taking into account the features of realization of the systems of hydropneumatic units; conformities to law, which determine connection between the amount of hydropneumatic units of managing charts and probability of faultless work of hydropneumatic units, are got, that allows already on the stage of planning to get hi-rel hydropneumatic units of metal-cutting equipment; experimental and numeral researches of time of wearing-out of pneumatic links of pneumatic units got further development, that allows high-quality to promote the results of planning of pneumatic units of metal-cutting equipment.
