Essay

Object of research - processes taking place in circuits of electric drive analog control systems. Subject of research - diagnostics tools of electric drive analog control systems. For analysis and solving of assigned tasks such research methods are used in a thesis: technical diagnostics theory, finite-state automatons, automatic control theory, fuzzy sets, genetic algorithms, analytical abilities of computer algebra. Theoretical value of received results is that in these work diagnostics method of electric drive analog control systems is improved which is based on use of parameters values in static and dynamic operating modes, and also a method of synthesis of diagnostics devices on the basis of mathematical apparatus of sequences gets a subsequent development that gives an opportunity for minimizing of hardware environment and programs of industrial controllers functioning. Practical value of received results is that structures are synthesized and appropriate microprocessor realizations diagnostics devices of electric drive analog control systems are suggested that provide correct operation during short-time faults in work of diagnostics object and realize an algorithm of accelerated search of extreme levels; the software product in Matlab 6.5 Fuzzy Toolbox environment is developed which allows to estimate operating conditions of electric drive analog control systems by values of indexes which characterize the dynamics of their work. Degree of introduction - in range of the field. Field of application - industries of Ukraine which use controlled electric drives with analog control systems.
