Yablonskaya N. Increase of socio-economic efficiency of investment activity in a region

Object of research is process of the attraction of investments into the region and their use in the conditions of Ukrainian economy transformation. The purpose is working out of theoretical-methodology position and practical recommendations about increase of social and economic efficiency of investment activity in the region. Methods of the research are abstract-logic and analitiko-comparative methods; graphic and cartographical methods; economic-mathematical methods; methods of the system analysis. Novelty is methodical recommendations are developed and approved according to social and economic efficiency of investment activity in the region which give the chance to regional controls using to estimate the diagnosing mechanism efficiency of attraction and use of investments; ordering of techniques of an estimation of investment projects and investment activity is executed; the basic directions of improvement of management by investment activity in region are proved; Methodical positions of carrying out of examination for selection of investment projects which are equitable to interests of region are offered and demand its financial support. Results: scientifically well-founded recommendations about increase of social and economic efficiency of investment activity in region are developed. It is introduced: in the work of Management of formation and scientific activity by working out of a regional innovative policy of the Odessa region with formation of innovative system of indicators and estimations of their dynamics, in work of Central administrative board of agroindustrial development in 2007-2008, with use of the methodical tool on selection of investment projects which demand financial support from outside region. The results received in the dissertation are used in educational process at faculty of management, economy and business of the Odessa national academy of the food technologies.
