Essay

The procedure is substantiated in the thesis allowing determining chemically active substances (CAS) that weaken strong coals due to de-creasing their effective surface energy. It was first established that CAS solutions enter into a chemical interaction with aromatic structure of coal that becomes apparent from decay of the coal 1H-NMR spectra wide line responsible for the hydrogen nuclei content and phase state.
